Application Process

Thank you for your interest in Providence Hybrid Academy.  

Unfortunately, our info sessions, tours, and applications for prospective families for 2025-2026 have ended. The remaining openings we have for the 2025-2026 school year are for our Middle School-Aged Forest School (6th-8th grades) and 4th & 5th on Mondays/Tuesdays, and 9th-11th grades on Thursdays/Fridays for our traditional Charlotte Mason program. All other grades are filled. If you would like further information to apply for the coming school year, please email us at: admissions@providencehybridacademy.org. 

If you do not have a child in the grades listed above, we encourage you to apply for the 2026-2027 school year. Our application window is fairly early (January-February), so we recommend reaching out in the fall as early as November with interest for the following year.
